Options for [locTimestampUs](https://www.caprid.com/docs/reference/typescript/caprid/moq-media/functions/loctimestampus/): where else the track's timescale may be declared. The MSF catalog's `timescale`
(msf-01 §5.2.21) is not one of them: MSF never ties it to the LOC Timestamp.
